Just a heads-up: if your lyrics go over 60 words per minute of song, we might need to trim a little — but we’ll keep the essence strong. You'll need a Commercial License if: You're purchasing the song on behalf of a brand, business, or organization You plan to use it in marketing, advertising, or branded content You’ll be playing it at a public or branded event You’ll post it to social media accounts tied to a business or personal brand (e.g. influencers, creators) Even non-profits and influencers count as brands for licensing purposes. Using a song outside of personal use without the proper license violates our Terms of Use and the rights of the artists who create the music.
